I scheduled Bock's to come clean one room and one area rug. My time window was 12-4. Austin and Q arrived at 12:30 after giving me my courtesy call. They explained everything very well. Austin was very knowledgeable about fabrics/surfaces and the cleaning methods. They were in and out in an hour. They cleaned up very well and were super friendly. We will use Bock's again and refer to any friends and neighbors that ask.

The guys from Bocks did a great job and the carpet looks like new. They’re the best carpet cleaning service I’ve used and I’ve used many. They came in a went right to work, took their time to ensure it was a proper cleaning and left. They were fantastic, professional and I will definitely use the again.

We had Bock's give us a quote to stretch the carpet in our lower level and the front room on an upper level, as well as clean both areas, an upper hallway, and the 20 stairs that connect all three levels together. We ended up deciding to split the project, as we are trying to finish off our lower level, but there is a giant tree in the middle of my front room right now so there is no way to do the stretching and cleaning there, or the upper level hall and stairs.
The technicians who came out to do the stretching and cleaning were all great. Very professional, took the time to do the jobs thoroughly, and made sure that any questions we had were answered. The issue came with the billing, and how that was handled.
Based on our quote, we should have been billed $558.10, less a $30 coupon, so an overall total of $528.10. We were charged $597.60 AFTER the $30 coupon. I emailed the office to request an itemized receipt and when I didn't hear back from them, I reached out via call. They had actually emailed the receipt, but it got caught in my spam filter. The invoice itself was only partial, for the cleaning charges, and not the stretching. Their customer service rep said we had been charged $25 for light furniture moving. There was no furniture on that level at all, we paid movers to come out the day before and get everything out as they can't stretch the carpet with anything on it. The rep's response-- well the stretcher guy didn't tell her differently so she'd need to speak to him. The other discrepancy came from the number of stairs that were cleaned. They charged us for 20, when only 14 were done. Again, the rep said she'd have to speak with her guys because they hadn't told her differently.
Where it really went downhill, was when she called me back. They were going to refund me for the furniture moving fee, but her guys told her they cleaned the stairs as instructed by my husband. Which they did. The 14 steps they could access were done. They had charged us for 20. When I attempted to point this out, she informed me that she was going off the word of her crew, inferring that I was attempting to "steal" labor from them. I took exception to her tone, and her implications and told her as much. She interrupted me, said that the point to the whole conversation was to let me know that they had decided to refund me for the furniture moving fee, and part of the stairs. I haven't seen the refund yet, but it's been roughly 20 minutes since that call so for now I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But I can assure you, that no matter how great and professional their technicians were, the attitude and willingness of their office staff to resolve a valid client concern will keep us from ever using or recommending them to anyone else again.

The guys that came out from Bock's Steam Star to clean my carpets were great! They called about 20 minutes before the appointment to tell me they were on their way, showed up promptly, and were friendly and professional. We did a walk-through of the house and I pointed out some areas I was concerned about, including an area my dog had been sick. They went over that area with a black light so we could really see what was in the carpet. We went over some different options I could add on, and there was absolutely zero pressure. All the carpets were cleaned for a very affordable rate, and they look and smell fantastic. The cleaners were respectful of my belongings and even took care to protect all door, wall and furniture corners from the hoses that were brought through. I am extremely happy with the results. Those guys worked extremely hard, and were incredibly pleasant the entire time. I will happily use Bock's again whenever my carpets need it!

They came out to provide a quote for a whole house carpet cleaning. The gentleman went over everything thoroughly and the quote was lower than I expected! We were having photos taken of the house in a few days to put it up for sale so we needed the carpets cleaned asap. Bock’s were able to squeeze us in that afternoon and did a wonderful job. We were very pleased how nice the carpets looked and they were able to get out a few tough stains that I was worried about. Everyone at Bock’s were courteous and it was a pleasure working with them!
