This contractor showed up on time and completed cleaning of my couch and the cleaning of my carpet within a couple of hours. They asked me before they did any moving or unplugging anything to get cords out of the way to do a better cleaning job on the carpet near the walls. I was very pleased with the job and the fact that they showed up right on time. The house had a nice citrus smell when the job was done.

We had a great experience with Brooke's Chem-Dry. Our carpets looked fantastic when they were done, and they found and removed stubborn old pet stains! They were friendly, efficient, and professional. Overall great experience and I will be a returning customer.

Kaden was great in communicating that he was on the way, he requested to come earlier but wasn’t upset when we couldn’t accommodate earlier appointment. He was very courteous and focused in his job took care of all the stains, did a very thorough job. Extremely professional and easy going. I would definitely want him back for my next carpet cleaning.
