Amazing! I had them come in to a townhouse I had just moved out of. They were in and out in about a hour and a half. Excellent work. They got all the stains out of the carpet, cleaned the steps and the pretreat as well as the deodorizer smell AMAZING! I will definitely use their services in the future. The technician arrived on time and left the carpet looking amazing. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer!

Nick & Matt were the second team sent to clean my ducts, as the first team, last week, only cleaned 1 floor vent, 1 cold air return. Nick and Matt were very upfront with me at the start, but quickly recognized that the previous crew had failed to provide good customer service. Nick & Matt spent the next 3.5 hours doing it right! The airflow intake at the cold air returns now is astounding! They were great at keeping me updated on what they were doing and why. They were thorough, friendly and professional.
