We are very happy with all the work Cameron did. He called 15 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was on his way and was very pleasant, courteous and professional. He went right to work on our carpets and stairs. He also did an upholstered chair and ottoman. Everything looks so bright and clean. He got some spots in my husband's office and in the master closet. He even cleaned our dog's rug! I would give Cameron 5 stars+ for the job he did. We will definitely use Zerorez kc again. Thank you, Cameron!
I received a 3 hour window of arrival. I received a call from Castor 15 min prior to arrival within that timeframe. He was very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning and spot cleaning specific areas. He wore booties in the home and took care that the hoses didn’t damage walls. Highly recommended!

Communication was great and the service was fantastic. He was in and out fairly quickly. We had a lot of pet stains from 2 male dogs and he was able to get the spots out. Hoping they don't come back! This was the 3rd time I have used them! I will definitely use them again!
They arrived within the 2 hour window and got right to cleaning. The technician was knowledgeable and addressed my concerns on carpet drying time with suggestions to speed up drying of the carpets. My carpets look like new. Will definitely use again.
